How high can my gazebo be without planning permission?

If it’s beyond 2 metres from the property line, the maximum height is 4 metres. If it's within 2 metres from the boundary, it shouldn’t exceed 3 metres. Check with your local planning office to avoid any unwelcoming surprises!
