Christmas terms & conditions

Entrant: This competition is open to residents in the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland, individuals aged 18 or over, excluding employees of wilko or The Range and its affiliate companies, friends and family of employees, and agents.
Competition Period: Each Entrant may enter the competition between 1/12/2024 and 6/1/2025
The jackpot prize draw will be chosen on 7/1/2025
Entry: Entry is limited to wilko.com
To Enter: to be part of the jackpot prize competition, users must provide their email address to sign up to our marketing emails through the competition area on wilko.com
Multiple entries are allowed per person, however only 1 name will be entered into the prize draw
Prize: 37 prizes to be won. Names will be selected at random for each prize
Winner Selection: All valid entries received by the closing date will be entered into the competition. The winner will be chosen at random.
Winner Notification: The winners will be notified via email. The winner will be contacted by official wilko.com channels only.
Delivery of the prize is arranged by third party suppliers, delivery times may vary. For larger products, our suppliers may arrange a designated day delivery with you.
Prizes are non-transferable or exchangeable unless otherwise stated. In the event for any reason a contest winner does not take any element of the Prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then that element of the Prize will be forfeited by the winner.
The Promoter reserves the right to select alternative winners, remove an Entrant, or withhold or modify any Prize in the event that there are reasonable grounds for believing that a winner or Entrant has contravened any term or condition of entry or in the event that the Promoter has reasonable grounds for believing that the Winner or Entrant has acted or may act in a manner that could damage the reputation of the Promoter or any of its affiliates. The Promoter will choose another winner should the winner refuse to provide the required information within 7 days of being notified.
Proof of identity may be required to claim a Prize.
The results of the competition are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Incomplete and/or illegible entries will be disqualified. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. The Promoter reserves the right to reject fraudulent entries.
The Promoter cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, costs, expenses or claims suffered by Entrants as a result of entering this competition or accepting a prize. The Promoter further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to you or any other person relating to or resulting from participation in connection with this competition.
The Promoter will be entitled to suspend or terminate the competition at any time if circumstances adversely affect the operation of the competition beyond its reasonable control or foresight and will not be liable to anyone as a result.
The Promoter reserves the right to change these terms at any time without notice.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
Entry to this competition confirms your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and you agree to be bound by the final decision(s) of the Promoter.
This competition will be governed by laws of England and the jurisdiction of the Courts of England.
