Warm-up milk or make some super fantastic sauces with our amazing non-stick milk pan. The pan is made with lightweight and durable carbon steel, making it suitable for electric, ceramic, gas, solid hot plate, radiant ring and halogen hobs, but it is not for you if you have an induction hob. The milk pan has a Teflon quality tested non-stick coating that helps in cooking as well as cleaning. Whether you are starting new or your current essential has seen better days, the milk pan is an ideal choice for you. Size: 14cm. Care and use: Remove all packaging and wash the pan before use. Heat your pan quickly and evenly by making sure it is in the middle of a heating area that’s about the same size as the pan. Make sure not to leave the handle sticking out over the heat as you could burn it or yourself. To keep your handy non-stick coating in tip-top shape, use low to medium heat and wash in warm soapy water and dry thoroughly. Use a nice soft cloth when you’re washing it, no metal scourers. Use wooden, silicone or nylon utensils instead of metal. Remember, never put an empty pan on a hot hob or in a heated oven. Leave the pan to cool before washing it. Doing this will stop the pan from warping and keep it good as new. If the handles are working loose, make sure you tighten them with a screwdriver. Do not slide the pan as this may damage the base and may leave marks on some cookers.
