Our Eryngium planum Seeds produce an eye-catching evergreen with dramatic, electric blue flowering bracts, which provide winter structure and a lovely contrast dotted amongst other border plants. Indoor Sowing: Sow thinly in trays of seed compost, and cover lightly with fine compost. Firm gently, and keep moist and warm. If germination is slow, place the tray outside in clod for 4-6 weeks, then return to the warmth. Pot on seedlings individually as they emerge. A Hardy Perennial.
