Eskuta Maintenance Contract

Maintain the prime condition of your electric bike with the Eskuta Maintenance Contract. This contract ensures that your Eskuta remains in perfect working condition and helps you budget for future costs. The contract includes one year of servicing with four months of intervals (Offering three services in total). The service involves a complete health check of the vehicle, testing of its performance and safety and tightening and adjustment of components as necessary. It covers consumable parts, lubricants, service materials, and labour at the time of service. The contract includes the replacement of tyres, inner tubes, front brake pads, rear drum shoes, chains, and bulbs (lights and indicators). Exclusions are suspension parts, brake components not listed, controls including lighting, body panels including mirrors, wheels, seat, frame, and associated components. Replacement of consumable parts during service is based on the mileage and condition of Eskuta and is at the discretion of Eskuta Limited. Any additional parts required during service intervals or to comply with the 'DPG Standards to Maintain Manual' will need approval from Eskuta. The Maintenance Contract excludes parts that need replacement due to damage or misuse. The cost of parts is detailed in a separate document. Please note that the Maintenance Contract is only available at the time of purchase of an Eskuta bike and will not be valid if purchased after.
