Warning: Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from children and pets. For indoor use only. Keep away from things that can catch fire and allow ample clearance overhead during burning. Place the candle in a suitable heat-resistant holder capable of containing any wax spillage. Keep candles at least 10 cm apart. Do not burn in a draught. Keep candles away from flammable materials, sources of heat, overhanging objects and polished surfaces. Never put it in warm places such as the top of a TV, Hi-Fi, bath, etc. as this can cause the candle to overheat. Remove all packaging before use. Container may become hot during use, avoid touching or moving once lit. Do not move the holder once the wax is liquid. Never use liquid to extinguish. Ensure the candle and holder remains upright on a secure heat-resistant surface. Extinguish a candle if it smokes, flickers repeatedly, or the flame becomes too high. Extinguish the candle using a snuffer or the back of a metal spoon, taking care not to damage the wick. Keep the wax pool clear of matches and debris. Recommend for use with Wilko pillar candle. The maximum size candle to be used is 7cm x 13cm. Do not allow the candle to burn down completely, extinguish when approximately 20 mm of wax remains.
