Instructions: Spread one tablespoon of seed evenly over one or more clear trays, then stack them with the coloured base tray at the bottom. Pour enough cold water into the top tray to amply cover the outlet. The water will filter down through each tray, and the excess will collect in the base tray. Empty any excess water from the base tray. Water the seeds with this method at least two or three times daily. Regular watering will keep the sprouts and baby leaves fresh. Place on a flat surface, ideally at a temperature of 18-20°C. Avoid direct sunlight. Sprouts will be ready in three to five days and microgreens in seven days, depending on the variety. Wash sprouts and microgreens thoroughly before eating, and discard any seed husks. Full instruction booklet enclosed.
