From mixing to baking, glazing to decorating, we’ve got the bakeware you need at wilko for every step of your baking journey! So, if you’re making beautiful bread or having a baking day with the little ones, here’s our rundown on what you’ll need for your baking projects.

Baking Trays

Baking trays come in sorts of shapes and sizes, depending on what you’re making. In our range you’ll find muffin trays which are also perfect for cupcakes and even Yorkshire puddings! Loaf tins are designed for a classic load of bread, while larger, flatter baking trays are perfect for traybakes, flapjacks, or savoury dishes like focaccia.

As there are many different trays to choose from, you’ll find plenty of choice when it comes to bakeware sets! These feature 3 or 4 different trays which should see you right for almost any baking project.

Cake Tins

Homemade cake is one of life’s little luxuries, and we’ve got a great range of cake tins for the next time you’re making a birthday cake – but why wait until an occasion to have cake? It’s also great to have it around when you have guests over for afternoon cuppas, or as a cheeky mid-afternoon snack. Our cake tins have handy features like loose bottoms to make it easier to get the cake out when cooled, as well as springform casings too.

When you’re baking your cake, don’t forget to line your cake tin with some greaseproof paper so there’s no risk of cake mixture trying to escape. You’ll also need a trusty spatula to get all that gorgeous mix out of the bowl and into your cake tin… with a little bit left for the cook, of course. What’s the point of a baking session if you can’t lick the spoon?
