Planting Sweet Pea Seed Tips

Like most flower seeds, sweet pea seeds like well-draining soil enriched with compost, and are happy in flower beds or pots & planters. Soak your seeds overnight and plant directly in the ground or start them indoors or in a greenhouse 6-8 weeks before your last frost date. Sow your seeds an inch deep, about 2-3 inches apart to make sure they have room to spread out!
