Centrum Women 50+ is a complete multivitamin tailored to the changing health needs of Women over 50. With B vitamins to help release energy from food, Vitamin C, Zinc and Selenium to support the normal function of the immune system. Vitamin B6 to help regulate hormonal activity, and high in calcium, vitamin D and K to help maintain strong bones. Ingredients. Each tablet contains: 800 ug of Vitamin A (50% as Beta Carotene) (100% EU RDA), 10 ug of Vitamin D (200% EU RDA), 16 mg of Vitamin E (133% EU RDA), 30 ug of Vitamin K (40% EU EDA), 120 mg of Vitamin C (150% EU RDA), 1.5 mg of Vitamin B1 (Thiamin) (136% EU RDA), 1.8 mg of Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) (129% EU RDA), 20 mg of Niacin (125% EU RDA), 9 mg of Pantothenic Acid (150% EU RDA), 2.1 mg of Vitamin B6 (150% EU RDA), 75 ug of Biotin (150% EU RDA), 300 ug of Folic Acid (150% EU RDA), 7.5 ug of Vitamin B12 (300% EU RDA), 320 mg of Calcium (40% EU RDA), 105 mg of Phosphorus (15% EU RDA), 112.5 mg of Magnesium (30% EU RDA), 4.2 mg of Iron (30% EU RDA), 100 ug of Iodine (67% EU RDA), 500 ug of Copper (50% EU RDA), 2 mg of Manganese (100% EU RDA), 40 ug of Chromium (100% EU RDA), 30 ug of Selenium (55% EU RDA), 50 ug of Molydbenum (100% EU RDA), 5 mg of Zinc (50% EU RDA) Suitable for Women over 50.
