Grow your greens organically and ensure good health for your family. Growing instructions: Place the coir block into a container and add 600ml of water. Allow the coir to absorb the water for 1 hour. Add more water if needed. Mix the coir with the soil and then fill the pots with the moist growing medium mixture. Sow seeds evenly over the growing medium, lightly press the seeds down and gently cover over. Cover each pot with a plastic bag to create humidity, and place the pots onto a warm sunny windowsill. Once seedlings emerge, remove the bag and water regularly. Transplant - Seedlings can be transplanted into larger pots of compost when large enough to handle. Seedlings can be transplanted outdoors into the garden (see growing instructions). Ideal for growing on in a greenhouse, conservatory or sunny patio for fresh ingredients all summer long.
