Suitable for indoor and outdoor planting. Growing instructions: Place coir discs into the bowl and add approximately 180ml of water. Allow water to fully absorb to create a soil-like consistency. Add moist coir to each pot, thinly sow 1-2 seeds per pot and lightly press down to cover. Pots can be placed back into plastic clamshells to act as a mini-propagator until seedlings appear. Excess seeds can be stored for future sowings. Water regularly as needed. Transplant - Seedlings can be hardened off and transplanted into the garden when large enough to handle them and once the risk of frost has passed. To harden off, place seedlings outdoors during the day and bring them back in at night for one week. Protect seedlings from frosty conditions. Sowing - Feb-Apr indoors. Transplant outdoors: May-Jun.
