Oven safe at 260°C, 500°F and Gas mark 10. Not suitable for use in dishwasher. Care and use: Wash before first use. Hand wash only. Stubborn marks and stains may be removed after soaking. Do not use scouring powder, pads or abrasive cleaners. The use of medium to low heat will help to prolong the life of the pan as overheating can damage the enamel. Do not slide the pan on the hob top as this may damage the base and leave marks on some cooker surfaces. Use wooden, nylon or silicone utensils. Avoid the use of metal or sharp-edged utensils, which will scratch the enamel. Do not cut food in the cookware. Suitable for use with the following hob types: solid plate, induction, ceramic, gas, radiant ring, halogen and electric. Always use an oven glove when lifting hot pans and lids.
