Give your garden a vibrant and pleasant look with the Rudbeckia Gloriosa Daisies flower seeds by Johnsons. These beautiful and bright daisy-like flowers have strongly contrasting black central cones. They are adored for the nature of being a reliable performer for mixed beds and borders. For indoor sowing: February to April, in trays of seed compost. Sow thinly, cover lightly with a fine layer of compost. Firm gently and keep moist. Cover the tray with glass, polythene or propagator lid. Keep at approx. 15-20˚C. Seedlings appear 14-28 days. Remove cover when seedlings appear. When large enough transplant 5cm apart in trays. Stand outside for a few days late May (avoid frosts). Transplant 40cm apart in flowering position. Keep moist and weed-free. Flowers July to October, the following year. For outdoor sowing: May to June, in a prepared seedbed. Sow thinly in rows 30cm apart. Cover lightly with fine soil.
