The beer kit requires sugar (sold separately) and water and will produce outstanding beer in just 3 weeks. If you've never brewed your own beer before, you'll also need an additional basic kit before making a start including proprietary sterilising agent, a 25 litre fermentation vessel, a length of syphon tube and a pressure barrel or bottles sufficient for 40 pints (23 litres).
