In fact (and in addition to your rights under 'Faulty Products' above and your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations noted in 'Your Statutory Rights' above), if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason within 28 days please call us on 08000 329 329 (calls may be recorded for training purposes) or contact us. We will deal with your query as quickly as possible and gladly exchange it or arrange a refund of the relevant products (**a few exceptions apply). If necessary we'll arrange to collect the products from you. Prior to collection, you will need to ensure that your purchase has been re-packed in a suitable manner, ideally using the original packaging it was delivered in. If the purchase is not re-packaged correctly, our delivery partner may refuse to collect it causing an unavoidable delay in us resolving your problem. **Please note that your right to return an item does not apply to certain items unless the item has a manufacturing fault (See faulty products)

These are:

  • Products which cannot be resold for health and hygiene reasons once unwrapped (for example, mattresses, sofabeds, divans and personal grooming products)
  • DVDs, videos and computer software, which may be restricted to an exchange for the same title due to the problem of unlicensed copying
  • Perishable goods
