If it starts raining after you've sprayed, the weed killer might not work as well. You might need to spray again for the best results. Just make sure to wait until the leaves are completely dry before spraying again.

What time of day is best to poison weeds?

Early morning or evening when the sun is setting would be good. There’s less wind blowing and little to no sun exposure at these times, so the herbicide will not evaporate quickly, giving it time to do its thing.

Should I cut weeds before spraying?

No, do not cut weeds before spraying. The more surface area the weeds have, the better the weed killer's absorption rate. You want to give the weeds time to take the herbicide and circulate it to their roots.
